How do I know if I’m eligible for an NHS MyHealth London account?

You are eligible to register for a MyHealth London account with access to your personalised health record if:

  • – You are over 18 years old.
  • – You are registered with a GP practice in North West London (Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Hammersmith & Fulham, Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Ealing).
  • – You have been diagnosed with cardiovascular disease.

However, anyone registered with a GP practice in North West London can create an account and access MyHealth London resources and online learning modules. Therefore if you are a carer or a healthcare professional living in North West London and would like to log in to view our online education courses, please feel free to do so.
